A full body workout designed to build strength, stability and mobility through a variety of exercises.

Each session is unique and tailored to challenge everyone.

LEVEL: All skill levels

GEAR: Grip socks recommended
but not required.

Strong

A resistance based, full body training program, designed to get your heart rate up and help you hit your strength goals.

TIME: 45 mins
CLASS SIZE: 8 spaces

LEVEL: All skill levels, closely supervised.

GEAR: Towel and water bottle.

Pilates +

This high energy class combines reformer Pilates with strength and cardio circuits for those who are wanting an extra challenge.

 

This class is perfect for someone wanting to try Reformer Pilates but not ready to dive into to a full session.

Personal

A tailored Reformer and Strength program ideal for those wanting to reach specific personal goals or get on top of injury rehab and prevention. 

PLEASE NOTE: Assessment required before booking this class.

Physiotherapy

We use a combination of exercise and education, often complemented with manual therapies such as massage or dry needling, to empower you with knowledge, assisting in your recovery and the prevention of new or further injury. Our exercises are simple and effective, working with you to complete these at home or on site in our gym.

We are a small, tight-knit team of physiotherapists, trainers and coaches.

Jess and the team at Progression have reinvigorated my love for movement. I've finally found a form of exercise that I love and look forward to, whilst transforming the emphasis of exercise from weight loss to strength!
